  • Use your realtor of choice or we can recommend several

  • Find 2-3 homes that fit your criteria and meet Our Basic Criteria to make sure the property is marketable in case you decide not to continue to inhabit it.

  • Pay NROC to Rangeview

  • 10-15 min phone interview to discuss situation and Eligibility Requirements.

  • Background check/rental application (Similar to a standard rental agreement)

  • Reference Check

  • Soft Credit check provided to us

  • Sign disclosure authorization-Allows mortgage broker to discuss situation with us.

    • Usually able to repair credit in 1-3 yrs.​

  • Once an offer is accepted on a property by the seller, Rangeview will purchase the house and set up a rent agreement with you and a lease option agreement with you. 

  • Move in right after closing as a tenant with option to purchase from us in 1-3 yrs typically.

  • If you are happy with the house and have reached the point where you can qualify to purchase the house with traditional financing, you can exercise your option to purchase the house from us but no obligation to purchase.

  • Most tenant buyers exercise their option to purchase the property from us typically in 1-3 years. 

  • Purchase price of home in any year is pre-set and listed in the lease option agreement so there are no surprises.
